I would also like to thank Vida clinics team , especially pallavi usgaonkar madam for helping me achieve my weight loss goals by providing guidance and advice,and also for keeping us all motivated until the end.

Dr Levy Fernandes was a very kind ,cooperative, supportive and gentle physiotherapist.

It was very good experience. I prasonaly gained alot from these few days of basic practice of balancing body and mind. Thanks to Vida and Mr and Mrs walavalkar. They explained every step with it's significance. I would like to do some more session with them.

I was 112kg two months before so I decided to meet dietician DT.Pallavi Usgaonkar at Vida clinics, Margao.
